Increasing number of tourists visiting Sri Lanka

The number of tourists visiting Sri Lanka has increased in September last year.

Compared to last year, the number of tourists increased by 2.3 percent, according to the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority report.

Tourist arrivals from Britain, Eastern Europe, Russia, Ukraine and India have increased significantly.

Over the last 9 months, more than 15.51,000 people hav
e visited the country.
